RESERVATION INFORMATION FOR JELLYSTONE PARK™ MILL RUN

OFF SEASON – 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday – Friday)
WINTER NOVEMBER & DECEMBER – 9:00am to 1:00pm (Monday – Friday)
Reservations are encouraged and usually necessary during busy times. We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable lock fee. If you opt out of the lock fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but specific unit number may not be guaranteed.
We require a one night’s deposit when making a reservation. Full payment for all reservations is required 30 days in advance. If your site is not paid in full 30 days prior to arrival, your reservations is not guaranteed. All holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum stay. All weekend reservations require a 2 night minimum stay.
Credit card charges will be processed when the reservation is taken. Checks accepted only 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations 2 weeks prior to arrival are refunded in full less a $25.00 administrative fee for a campsite or a $50.00 administrative fee for all rental units.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival forfeit all money. We hold your site as requested and turn other people away. Camping is a great outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules. This includes no shows and early check-outs.
